學佛修行的認知

人生路上總會遇上種種困難,不如意事非常多,人生於世間是要酬業債的。世間有八苦:生苦、老苦、病苦、死苦、求不得苦、怨爭會苦、愛別離苦、五蘊熾盛苦。此八苦每個人必須經歴,沒有僥倖及例外的。就是因為人間苦多於樂,人便追求佛法,祈盼佛法能滿足自己的慾望。人是貪嗔痴慢疑的組合,「人心不足蛇吞象」,卻不知一切事情的得失成敗都有因果因緣,種如是因,得如是果。即是說平時要多種善因,積善緣,並藉着佛法,修行修心,去除習性,增長福慧,積聚福德資糧,智慧資糧,這樣當遇到考驗、逆境、困難、波折、障礙時,自然有助緣幫助化解,或自己有智慧去面對,不會因此而迷惘,甚至退心。

修行人要用平常心來修行,要有平等無分別心,斷除我執,視眾生如佛,而不是輕視別人,炫耀自我。或對他人的惡意或無意傷害,懷恨報復。或喜歡揭發他人的過失或私隱,嘲笑他人的殘缺。或把自己的快樂建立在別人的痛苦上。這樣不但不是學佛修行人,更損了自己的人格及造了苦果。

佛陀說:「心、佛、眾生,三無差別。」「一切眾生皆有佛性。」若我們視一切眾生如佛,這樣自己的內心時刻與佛同在,佛的光明就能在我們身心之中,不但利他,也能利己。

佛法有分小乘、大乘、密乘 (即金剛乘)。在密乘裡,密法是對治眾生的我執、無明、貪、嗔、痴、疑、慢。例如「捨身法」對治我執心重的,嗔恨心重的;「財神法」對治貪心重的。

人是從貪愛所生,從男女交歡所生,所以愛慾根源根深蒂固。很多人將密教的「雙修法」作為借口,濫用來行淫樂事,公開淫亂,道德淪亡。這非學佛修行的正道。

學佛修行波折誘惑魔難重重,隨時做了地獄的因,所以修行必須時刻發露懺悔的心,並每日修持「還淨法」免得墮金剛地獄!希望大家互相勉勵,能夠調伏對治自己業力的根源,早日脫離生死輪迴苦海,早日成佛。

    Real Enlightenment or Mistaken Enlightenment

    Recently I saw a TBSN news article. The article stated that the speech and action of one of the Reverend (法師) have deviated from the righteous path. And after TBF (True Buddha Foundation) tried several attempts to counsel her, she ignored and showed disrespect, so the True Buddha Foundation decided to cancel the qualification as True Buddha School Reverend (法師). My personal view is that TBF is the highest institution to lead the TBS (True Buddha School). And it has the authority and responsibility to govern the affairs of all Dharma personnel at all levels. It would be irresponsible on the part of TBF if they did nothing to all Dharma personnel who have committed offences. Since I cannot accept the Nun’s argument: how can the offender, the reverend (法師) use the excuse of ‘I just listen to Grandmaster’s words’ to refute one of these resolutions recommended by TBF?

    Grandmaster Living Buddha Lian Sheng , Sheng Yen Lu already has said: ”If monks and/or nuns are at fault, they will be punished by the elder monks and nuns, lay people cannot condemn monks or nuns.”; therefore, the reason for me to write this article is not to punish this Dharma personnel, TBF has already done that, and right and wrong have been identified ; Then why do I bother? I just want to remind you that do not let her fallacy to mislead you! The article she wrote seemed plausible and sometimes seemed as heresy. If we do not think carefully, we might be misled to “Fire Pit” and suffered. I, with the common people in mind, holding a stern old face, would comment with kind words and ask for your generous patience.

    Fallacy One:

    Dharma name is given by GM (HH Grandmaster Living Buddha Lian Sheng, Sheng Yen Lu), and renunciation is also given by GM; therefore does she have the right to rationalize the reasoning as not to listen to advice or to obey the rules and regulations governed by the Elders of the TBF?

    Answer to above is obviously wrong!

    Where does the Dharma name come from? So please look at the Refuge Certificate, OK! Dharma name is also the Precept name! It means that one has to obey the rules and regulations of the TBF. And TBF formulated and enforced all the rules and regulations. So do not explain something that you do not know anything about! What is that you just listen to GM? What is that Dharma name is given by GM? What is Renunciation ritual done by GM? Please look at the statements of the TBS Refuge Certificate: {I, _______, in accordance to the Buddha’s instructions, wholeheartedly take refuge in Buddha’s teachings, I recognize and pay homage to the enlightened teacher. I take refuge in Grand Master Living Buddha Lian-Sheng. I vow to dedicate my whole life to abiding the precepts. I vow to dedicate my whole life to perform good deeds in accordance to the Buddha’s teaching. I vow to have filial duties. I vow to never regret my refuge.}
    When you take refuge, you have to obey law, precepts, and rules and regulations. There is no space here for your nonsense! Even our beloved HH GM obeys all the law, precepts, and rules and regulations. Should there be any exceptions for the disciples?
    {I vow to dedicate my whole life to abiding the precepts.}
    {I vow to have filial duties.}
    Do you not understand the above two statements?

    I have seen many of these outrageous examples. Once I have seen strange behavior of one of our dharma sisters. She made up a flow chart. It described that she was under GM only. And under her command would be the rest of TBS personnel and all dharma sisters and brothers. Amitorfo!! She said that she was helping GM to propagate the dharma teachings to the whole world! So, she was obedient only to GM! What if GM physical body were slowly deteriorated and were to enter Nirvana, then everyone would listen to and obey her command!
    Everyone, her visualizing GM sitting on her head is not a big deal! We are also visualizing GM sitting on our heads as well! Does visualizing GM sitting on our head give the rights not to obey the law, rules and regulation as well as not to listen to advices? I have seen this kind of [Arrogant sickness] amongst monks, nuns as well many laypersons.

    Fallacy Two:

    [I heard it directly from GM]

    This nun said: “GM once said to me ‘Leave TBS!! Ha! Ha! Ha!’”
    I discovered that GM meant the departure of traditional concept; or other master’s words, or prescribed methods of cultivations.
    These kinds of boastful statements and embellished arguments would simply want other disciples to know that she was the only one who possessed with unique dharma from GM; that she had an extraordinary insight! But, really now, does she has that special power?
    I can say this to everyone that GM also has said to me that [there is no TBS, there is no Living Buddha Sheng Yen Lu, there is no good and evil in the Moon.]
    Then, can I use these statements to tell everyone that: [you can leave TBS, you do not have to pay homage to GM, and you can do good and evil at will?] Anyone who has wisdom would know that these would be neither the meaning of the Buddhist teachings, nor that of GM. What do you think, yes or no?

    GM wants us to transcend the [name and form] of TBS, Living Buddha Sheng Yen Lu, and all of good and evil etc… This is to transcend the [Logic Truth]. This is not to tell you not to honor the Guru, not to treasure the Dharma, and not to practice diligently. If we use any other explanations, then we are tied down by the evil heart and speech of Mara.

    She was very clever trying to use [Madhyamaka] to fulfill her irrational arguments.
    But encountering me was her bad luck! Her irrational interpretation of [Madhyamaka] was nonsensical. She merely used the teaching of GM’s [Ch’an] to backup her claim of righteous interpretation. Could she get away with it?

    Is the true meaning of [Madhyamaka] just 「No difference」?
    The following blog dialogues are as follow:

    『Of all the years in the True Buddha School, I realized, only to leave True Buddha School in order to see the True Buddha.
    If you just stay in the True Buddha School, only to see the True Buddha School, you cannot see the True Buddha.
    After seeing a True Buddha, it does not have the problem of leaving or not leaving True Buddha School. – Wonderful! 』

    『Those who left the True Buddha School is because they have not seen the True Buddha , And I leave True Buddha School in order to see the True Buddha , there is the difference in the ……
    Although I left, I still practice every day; visualizing the most distinguished HH GM Living Buddha Lian Sheng sits on my head…… “The only choice” is for me …… others may not be so, for example, this prescription maybe beneficial for me, others may be poison, that’s what it means. 』

    I want to ask you the following: are the True Buddha School, True Buddha Foundation, Root Guru Living Buddha Lian Sheng not related to each other?
    Just think about it; is there a TBS if there is no Root Guru? Is there a TBF if there is no TBS? She failed to follow the rules and regulation of the TBF, and she has the audacity to say that she is the most devoted disciple of GM, visualizing the most distinguished HH GM Living Buddha Lian Sheng sits on her head! By leaving TBS is like leaving GM, alienate the people is like alienate the Sangha, these actions would cause the bad karma of going to hell realm, does she know that?

    In the end, what is the really “Madhyamaka “? Pretending to understand, she really is an amateur, she dared to use the Sixth Patriarch’s name; and used his philosophy of [Do not think good; Do not think evil] to explain「No difference」? This is truly a big mistake!!

    Conclusion:
    I’ll give you a few simple examples, so that we understand the nun’s fault.

    We have to listen to the doctors and nurses of the hospital, right?
    In school, the students have to listen to the teacher, right?
    When you drive on the road, you have to listen to the traffic police, right?
    Can you say the name was given by the parents, why would I listen to you, right or wrong?
    Every name of True Buddha School disciples is given by GM, then in the future every disciples will say to the Safety and Transportation volunteers that: “GM gave us the Buddhist names, why should we listen to your command!”

    I know Master Lian Ji and Reverend Lian Zeng in Taiwan who are Chauffeurs for GM. And they have not used their position to benefit themselves. They are so polite and so respectable to other disciples.

    Grandmaster was a professional military man. He still has very strict requirements on his own; GM has neither committed any crime nor broken any precept. If you think you are a devote disciple of Grandmaster, and if there is the Grandmaster in your heart, would you please ask yourself, did you commit any offenses? Now you must ask Root Guru’s forgiveness, then maybe you can once again become the True Buddha School’s Reverend (法師).
    I would also advise any of our True Buddha disciples not to associate with anyone who had committed offenses in order to avoid misleading others away from the Root Guru’s teaching and lineage.

    真悟或錯悟
    近日看到宗委會一則公告,公告主旨是說有位女法師言行偏離正道,經宗委會多次規勸改善,但這位女法師屢勸不聽,宗委會只得開除這位女法師的法師資格。敝人認為,宗委會為本宗最高權力機構,它有統領宗派一切事務以及管理各級弘法人員的任務,如果對於違反弘法人員規範者無任何作為,那就是怠忽職守。既然不能視若無睹,那麼對於違規者做出懲處,被懲罰者,是否可以,以我只聽師尊一人的話語來反駁宗委會的決議呢?

    師尊曾經說過:「出家眾有過錯,自有出家長老賞罰之,在家眾不能罵出家眾。」所以,在下今天寫這篇文章的目的,不是為了教訓這位女法師,因為宗委會已經對她做出懲處,對錯已經確定,我何須再多此一舉呢?我只是提醒諸位大德,別讓這位女法師的謬論給誤導了!聽起來似乎有理的論調有時候是邪說,若不能慎思明辨,就會被其誤導共墮火坑。吾以蒼生為念,只得厚著老臉出來囉嗦兩句,還望諸位大德海涵!

    謬論一:
    法號是師尊給的,頭是師尊剃的,所以,以此為藉口,可以不聽其他出家眾或宗委會的規勸?

    答案當然是錯的!
    法號怎麼來的?請妳自己看一下皈依證書,好嗎!
    法號就是戒名,亦稱法名,亦即你必需遵守法律,戒律,宗委會制定的弘法人員規章。不懂就別亂解釋,什麼是我只聽師尊一人的?法號是師尊給的?頭是師尊剃的?

    請你看一下皈依證書這段文字好嗎!
    『本人自願皈依佛門真佛宗,一心皈依根本傳承上師蓮生活佛盧勝彥,願盡形壽奉佛意行善,奉法持戒,敬師、重法、實修,效忠國家,孝順父母,禮敬師長同門,一生一世奉行不二。』
    你只要一皈依就必需遵守法律、戒律,那裡有你胡說八道的空間?連師尊都必需遵守佛陀制定的戒律,還有國家的法律,請問有那位弟子可以例外呢?「奉法持戒」,「禮敬師長同門」,這兩句你該不會看不懂吧!

    此種離譜例子我不只看過一次,有次因緣巧合我也見識過一個寶貝師姐的奇言異行,她自己製作一張表格,她的位子就在師尊一人之下,她的腳下是宗委會與各寺、堂、同修會等等……。阿彌陀佛喔!她說她要幫師尊把真佛宗弘揚到全世界,所以她只對師尊效忠。那麼,那天師尊涅槃,大家就得全聽她一人的囉!諸位大德,別聽到什麼我的頭永遠頂著根本上師就不得了啦!那個弟子的頭不是頂著根本上師呢?頭頂著根本上師就可以不守規範,不聽規勸?這種患「大頭病」的同門,不分出家眾或在家眾,小弟都見識過了。

    謬論二:
    「我是親耳聽師尊說的。」
    這位女法師說:「師尊曾經對我說:『離開真佛宗。哈哈哈!我發現他(師尊)指的是離開所謂的傳統概念;某某上師說的,或規定修法技巧。」
    這種托大,故作姿態的言論,無非是想讓同門知道她有師尊獨特的法門,她有不凡的見地而已,但是,真有那麼神嗎?
    我也可以告訴諸位大德,師尊也親口跟我說過:「根本沒有真佛宗,根本沒有蓮生活佛盧勝彥,月球上根本沒有善與惡。」
    那麼,我是否可據此告訴諸位大德:「你們可以離開真佛宗,可以不用禮拜師尊,可以任意為善為惡呢?」有智慧的人就知道這是曲解佛意,不是師尊的本意,你們說是不是呢?
    師尊要你們超越真佛宗和蓮生活佛盧勝彥以及善惡等等「名相」,這是在「理」上的超越,不是要你們不用敬師,重法,實修,若做其他解釋,即是為心魔所縛,所言即是魔語!

    她試圖用中觀正見來「圓滿」自己的邪說的確高明!但是遇到老夫算她倒楣,中觀正見豈能如此胡謅,中觀正見早已被她搞成偏觀邪見,她以為光靠巧言善辨再加上「禪定」中師尊說的,這樣就可以矇混過關嗎?

    中觀正見就是「沒分別」這三個字嗎?
    以下是這位女法師部落格出現的「戲論」。
    『在真佛宗這些年來,領悟到,唯有離開真佛宗才能見真佛。
     若只是待在真佛宗,只能見到真佛宗,不能見到真佛。
     當見了真佛後,也就沒有離開或不離開真佛宗的問題存在。——妙哉!』

    『那些離開真佛宗的是因為見不到真佛才會離開,反而我是為了見真佛才會離開真佛宗,這裡面的差距是在……
    我雖然離開,每天仍然一日一修,頭頂永遠坐著最尊貴的根本傳承上師蓮生活佛……「唯一選擇」這是對我而言……其他人未必是這樣,例如這藥方對我有益,對別人可能是毒藥,就是這個意思。』

    請教諸位大德,真佛宗,宗委會,根本上師,這三個名詞可以說毫無關聯嗎?
    試想,沒有根本上師何來真佛宗?沒有真佛宗何來宗委會呢?
    她不遵守宗委會的規勸與規範,還好意思說是最尊敬師尊的弟子,頭頂還頂著根本上師呢!離開真佛宗等於離開根本上師,離間同門等同離間僧團,此事乃造地獄惡業之因,她懂嗎?

    到底什麼是「中觀正見」?不懂裝懂,她根本是個大外行,還敢把六祖的名諱抬出來!以為「不思善,不思惡」就是沒有分別嗎?那麼馮京也能當馬凉喔?

    跟諸位分享以下經文。
    《中論觀因緣品第一》
    不生亦不滅,
    不常亦不斷,
    不一亦不異,
    不來亦不出;
    能說是因緣,
    善滅諸戲論,
    我稽首禮佛,
    諸說中第一。
    以此二偈讚佛,則已略說第一義。
    問曰:諸法無量,何故但以此八事破?
    答曰:法雖無量,略說八事,則為總破一切法。不生者,諸論師種種說生相:或謂因果一,或謂因果異,或謂因中先有果,或謂因中先無果,或謂自體生,或謂從他生,或謂共生,或謂有生,或謂無生。如是等,說生相皆不然,此事後當廣說。生相決定不可得故,不生。不滅者,若無生,何得有滅?以無生無滅故,餘六事亦無。

    這是龍樹菩薩所著的《中論》,「善滅諸戲論」這才是開悟者的論點,要論述佛法不是用一些似是而非的言語,或是嘻嘻哈哈的字眼就可以矇混過去,寫不出來的還可以用……代替,這種高來高去的行為,就是「開悟」者嗎?「中觀正見」,簡而言之就是不偏不倚,她不把宗委會的規範與規勸當一回事,這就是「我執」未除的明證,公然說同宗僧人的是非已觸犯戒律,她有把皈依師父放在眼裡嗎?開悟者就可以鼓勵同門離開宗派到外面尋覓「真佛」嗎?不「奉法持戒」,不「禮敬師長同門」,行為舉止已偏離正道,尚奢言自己已見「真佛」,嗚呼哀哉!至此,諸位大德應能分辨「真悟」與「錯悟」的差別吧?

    結語:
    我來舉幾個簡單的例子,讓大家明瞭這位法師的過失。
    我們上醫院就得聽醫生護士的,對不對?
    到學校讀書就得聽教授老師的,對不對?
    開車上馬路就得聽交通警察的,對不對?
    你能說名字是父母給的,我幹嘛聽你們的,對或不對?
    每個真佛宗的弟子法號都是師尊給的,那麼以後是不是可以全都向交通組與保安組的同門嗆說:「法號是師尊給的,我幹嘛聽你們的指揮。」
    我認識幫師尊開過車的蓮極上師與蓮贈法師,這兩位弘法人員也沒仗著是師尊司機的身份,有任何逾越分際的行為,他們一樣接受交通組的指揮,行為舉止謙虛有禮,足堪為弘法人員的榜樣。
    師尊是職業軍人出身,對自己要求非常嚴格,從未有過犯法犯戒的行為。如果你自認為是師尊的心傳弟子,有將師尊放在心裡頭,請你捫心自問,你有犯戒嗎?有犯戒就得向根本上師求懺悔,乞求還淨,便能再度成為真佛宗的法師,切勿自誤誤人。
    敝人在此也勸告各位同門,勿與犯戒弘法人員為伍,以免受其誤導背離根本上師與傳承。
    以下列舉三項戒律條文,供各位大德參考:
    事師五十頌:第十三條,勿令阿闍梨少分生煩惱,無智相違背定入阿鼻獄。

    破和合僧是五逆重罪之一,其罪等同殺父、殺母、殺阿羅漢、出佛身之血。

    八敬法:
    一者比丘持大戒母人比丘尼。當從受正法。不得戲故輕慢之。調欺咳笑說不急之事。用自歡樂也。
    二者比丘持大戒。半月以上。比丘尼當禮事之。不得故言新沙門勞精進乎。今日寒熱乃爾耶。設有是語者。便為亂新學比丘意。常自恭敬謹敕自修。勸樂新學遠離防欲憺然自守。
    三者比丘比丘尼。不得相與並居同止。設相與並居同止者。為不清淨。為欲所纏。不免罪根。堅當自制明斷欲情憺然自守。
    四者三月止一處自相撿挍。所聞所見當自省察。若邪語受而不報。聞若不聞。見若不見。亦無往反之緣憺而自守。
    五者比丘尼不得訟問自了。設比丘以所聞所見。若比丘有所聞見訟問比丘尼。比丘尼即當自省過惡。不得高聲大語自現其欲態也。當自撿挍憺而自守。
    六者比丘尼有庶幾於道法者得問比丘僧經律之事。但得說般若波羅蜜。不得共說世間不急之事也。設說不急之事者。知是人非為道也。是為世間放逸之人耳。深自省察憺而自守。
    七者比丘尼自未得道。若犯法律之戒。當半月詣眾僧中自首過懺悔。以棄憍慢之態。今復如是自恥慚愧。深自省察憺而自守。
    八者比丘尼雖百歲持大戒。當處新受大戒比丘下坐。當以謙敬為作禮。是為八敬之法。
